Cannot apply for account recovery that was hacked because it uses a non-regular device.
I haven't played pubg mobile for a few years, then I downloaded it again. However, when I logged in to the account connected to the email, pubgm asked me to create a new character (very strange because it should be directly connected to my account). Then I checked my account UID which turned out to have changed its nickname (hacked).
Then I tried to use the account recovery feature, but a notification appeared "Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device (30400044)" every time I tried to submit an account recovery application form.
The problem is that the device I previously used (regular device) to play pubgm is damaged and cannot be repaired (completely dead and cannot be repaired), so I need to replace the device (which is currently being used). I have tried contacting live support ingame but the advice given did not help. I still can't apply for account recovery because of this problem. Please help. And if necessary I can attach evidence that my account was hacked, such as proof of UC purchase history, and a screenshot of my pubgm profile a few years ago (around 2019). @delfin Please, can you help? My account has been banned for 60 days, and the ban on accounts has been lifted. The problem that occurred, and my account is still banned.
