No Cheats, Just Banned — Riot, Please Review My Case
On April 1st is when I last played Valorant. On April 2nd I was permanently banned because Vanguard thinks I used third party software to cheat. I didn't cheat and never have. I have a clip I captured from my last game if that helps. I've submitted multiple tickets to Riot but all of them saying their decision is final and it won't be changed. I've never been banned before on Valorant or been penalized other than when I accidentally don't pick an agent because I went to the bathroom or my PC just crashed. Unfortunately, I don't have the logs because I wiped my entire PC due to my personal information such as credit cards being hacked two weeks prior. I've tried posting on Reddit for some help but majority of people there seem to think I'm lying. I have a clean (or mostly clean) history on my account. I've had it for 4 years and spent $1500 on it. I've requested the data Riot has on me which will arrive to me in 30 days but I after that I have run out of options. Is there anything else I can do? I'll provide any proof I can.

if you didn't have 2fa maybe your account was hacked, I don't have enough access to investigate this type of incidents, you'd have to reach out to player support

Yeah they just gave the same reply over and over even though id fully factory reset my pc before with only having medal & discord, there are no other games on my account besides the ones ive played, can quick hs% increase make it seem like a cheat? because i stopped playing on that account for a bit then went back - maybe it thought it was cheats ?
both are my accounts, i have both emails and log ins, phone numbers linked, recent purchase recipts all of the above. I know that the one that got banned and is still banned doesnt have a phone number linked to it

I recommend not using cheats at all, it's always possible to get banned for cheats for another game, doesn't matter which anticheat. For example if someone used a certain call of duty cheat and played apex immediately afterwards, EAC will instantly ban them

It is final because you're literally silenced all they need to see is that you've made previous tickets for the right to insta close your future tickets with a copy and paste message saying you've already attempted to appeal

Any account you login with during the ban period, will get banned.

Having something that behaves like a malware/cheat on your pc can trigger it, it doesn’t necessarily have to be running (I believe)

We can't share details because if we did anti cheat would become less effective, but having 3 or 4 analysts all review your case individually and come to the same conclusion is enough
Same thing happened in November, and even after listening to a riot's dev advice resetting windows doing everything and still got banned, what do i do now just wait it out, play for 3-5 days and get banned again for the 3rd time?
