Cant find blueprints
I installed these community sets but they arent appearing in the blueprints tab

You need to have one normal blueprint created in your current save in order for them to appear. You can create a junk BP and then delete it.

Can you check
%localappdata%\FactoryGame\Saved\blueprints\{YOUR_SESSION_NAME}\ to see if they're there? If the directory for your session doesn't exist under ..\blueprints\, you might need to create a junk BP, then save & reload for it to all work, can't quite remember.
