Gameloop Ban for 2 months

Hello, I was banned for 60 days for "circumventing matchmaking rules," but I did absolutely nothing wrong. My emulator was fully updated. I saw that you're asking players to report this issue via the claim system, but it's not working whenever I try, it says "network error." I've tried on multiple devices and networks, but the issue persists. Please look into this and resolve it. Thank you.

Regarding network issue, please report it via community support form with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to submit a claim for my account suspension. Every time I try, I get a “network error,” even after trying on different devices and networks. Because of this, I can't appeal my ban through the File Claim option, as you suggested. Is there any alternative method to report this issue and appeal the suspension? I really don’t want to lose my progress and the AK pieces I’ve collected — they’ll be wasted if I can’t use them to get a skin. Please help me find a solution. Best regards,

I am still thinking why people are playing on Emulator even though they know that many players got banned for playing on Emulator! Why don't you avoid it until they fix it? Or play on Android or iOS

If you are lucky you may get your account back! If it happens then don't try to play again on Emulator

i'm a pc player i never played on Mobile , i did not spent 5k on the pc and 2k on my account so that they will force me which device i play with
