Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

No, I don’t have the account. The ban is for 60 days, not for 10 years. The ban is supposed to be due to an emulator update, and it is already updated to the latest version.
