this is a known issue with 1.21.5 itself, not caused by iris. Are you using a nvidia graphics card?

I don't know why my fps kinda low

Intensive shaderpacks are obviously going to perform much worse than vanilla, but 1.21.5 itself has a performance issue that affects the game even without Sodium or Iris
It is also happens in 1.21.1 fps drop while using shader
