most efficient way to add "" to text in script?

i have question, whats the most efficient way to add "" to the script? lets say i have 100 lines of text my writter wrote for me, he used enter to make the lines correct lenght, but didnt add the "" do i have to add each one each time for each line? or is theres a smart way to add it for all 100 lines?

Hold CTRL + ALT, and press Arrow Down (or up) for multi-line select and then you can type whatever you want and move the cursor by using the arrow keys or others

Middle-click also works What I would probably do instead, though, is spend 15 minutes writing a script to do that instead of spending 5 minutes doing it manually :KEKW:
