Unfair band
Dear PUBG Support Team,
I purchased a used phone and started playing PUBG Mobile. My first account was banned, and after that, I logged into my second account. However, after playing for a short time, it was also banned. I am unsure of the reason for this, as I have not violated any game policies.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know why my accounts were banned? I would appreciate any assistance in
resolving this matter.
