Hello, I purchased 8000 UC in my account and I was unlocking the new X-suit and I was using the Gameloop emulator, the official version, 32-bit version (latest version) 4.1.137.90, and suddenly my account was banned for 60 days (the message says Your account has been temporarily blocked due to abnormalities detected in your emulator. Please update your emulator to the lastest). I did not violate any rules
I am already using the latest version of the emulator
Also, when I click to submit a complaint and fill out the form, it tells me there is a network error, as shown in the picture.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

when i click on File Claim and write all my problem and click submit it show me this
and try another network connection and from mobile same

What's the benefit of upgrading any gun to lvl 5 that has result emote on lvl 5 means whats the benefit of result emote in pubg when it was display
You can use the Bug option. From there, you can report the network issue you're facing when trying to use the File Claim option.
The result emote displays when you finish the game and face the result of match. Then you and your teammates can clearly see your pose.
