Hacked account

It’s been now one year and a half that my account get hacked by a Chinese (he’s located there) person. I have proof that my that this account is mine because I have paid UC on this account. I have proof with popularity. I have proof with many friend account. I have proof with the website where I buy a lot of UC where I am always connected at my account (Midasbuy). I’ve tried many times to get back my account. He delete my Facebook account connected to my PUBG mobile account. And by the way, I’m not English I’m French I don’t speak English very well so don’t mind my level in English. So please help me. You can see that in the past I give a lot of popularity to my friend and see that on his popularity I am the number one. The hacked account don’t show his popularity which make it more suspicious.
