Hello, I have my main account I play with, The last time I had access to was In 2023, and now I tried into log using it by account verification as this is the way I log in since I made the account, but the thing is I didn’t receive any code on email this time, as that was strange as i log into always using code and I get it, but now I didn't, then I check the PUBG Mobile related emails, and found in 2024 there was an attempt to unlink my account from my social media one, as i linked it several years ago, and that made me suspicious, how could i didnt even play PUBG since 2023 and in 2024 i get this email saying that, and obviously i didnt recognize it till 2025 as i didnt check mails that time, so anyway i tried to make a account recovery from in game and after 10 days received an email saying this Dear Player, After manually re-verifying your account details, we regret to inform you that your account has been flagged as being in an unusual state, and your claim cannot be approved at this time. If you can log into the game, please remove or edit your linked accounts within the game. Thanks for your understanding and support. Kind Regards, PUBG MOBILE Team I already explained everything happened as i mentioned in the first paragraph, but that was the response in got, i lose my account and because there was an unusual state that’s my problem? So i dont know what to do next but if this is the end, so PUBG Mobile is making my life miserable, i had this account since season 2 2017-2018, and i have spend money on it, played every time using it, so it’s so easy to lose it? i dont even know how this happened, moreover, if this is how it is going to end. I just have one last hope and opportunity to do something before i do my final decision, so i hope i would get any helpful advice, thank you.

The same happened to me but my friend told me that if our account is not in use for while it gets shutdown

Well if that’s true, I mean this should like be more of a temporary inactivation, or even get an email notifying that un used account for a certain period will face inactivation or something, but like this it’s impossible, the thing is I believe the main reason is a 3rd party person committed harm to the account as i mentioned i linked that account with my social media one, but after 2 years when i tried, i didn't receive the code plus the email i got mentioning that there was an attempt of unlinking my account, so I still don't know why something like a stolen account could not be recovered with sufficient evidence that I'm the owner. @Quendi hello, might please take a look of this?

The same thing happened to me.Someone somehow logged into my account while I wasn’t playing for a few months. When I came back and tried logging in with my Twitter account, boom—it was unlinked! They had added their phone number, so I couldn’t get the verification code.
I still have my email linked, but I can’t log in. PUBG Mobile didn’t help me at all

Seems like a common issue that occur to people, don’t know why they wouldn’t help us. @delfin🐬 Hey, sorry for pinging but it’s 4 days and no reviewed my question, so if you could please apply your advice to this i would be gladly grateful. + i sent this reply email from PUBG MOBILE team to the support service, and i got a response asking some questions regarding not receiving the verification code like email used, country and IPS and UID, still waiting for their reply.

Thank you for your quick response, i just might ask in the form it requires the UID and it needs a video of purchase record, well unfortunately i do not either remember my UID nor having a video while actively buying something like battle pass or anything related, so what can i do in these complication? Thank you.

I suggest checking if you have any screenshots, notes etc. that show your account's UID. You can also try asking friends you used to play with if it's an option. Purchase records refer to your UC purchases. They can be from Google Play, App Store, Midasbuy etc.
