Ban on gameloop
İm getting this ban over and over again for one hour and even though i already downloaded gameloop from the official site … please help me get through this issue

Could you please confirm the following two points?
1. Where did you get the APK from?
2. Did you modify local files to change avatar?
i didnt download any apk file i downloaded it from gameloop
no i didnt do any changes to files
i unlocked the ultra hdr graphics but after the first ban i did a fresh installation of gameloop but still im getting banned over and over again
Before getting banned on PUBG Mobile, did you experience issues like black textures or invisible smoke?
nope i diddnt experience anything like that at all
