Can’t log in via Facebook
I cannot log into my account today when I decided to make a comeback to PUBGM, I been playing since season 8 and have no issues whatsoever whenever I delete then reinstall back.

Can you try clearing the cache of Safari from Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data and see if it helps?
If it does not work try resetting your network settings from Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Trying second method.
Would not even let me press “continue” when I attempting to log back in.
I had already uninstalled and reinstall 3 times for the past one hour.
Could you also try requesting desktop website and then try logging in again?

Could you check if the permissions for PUBG MOBILE has expired from Facebook settings > Apps and websites. If it’s expired, you will need to tap on view and edit then renew it.
If this also does not work, you can report this as a bug from https://pubgmobile.live/support.

I did linked my email to my account, but when I tried to obtain the verification code I did not receive it.
(I tried it last year when I reinstall)

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "[email protected]" and "[email protected]".
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to [email protected].

Hi hi @7419 BBNO$! Are you still facing the same issue? Just received a response from Tencent, they want you to try opening Facebook in Safari to see if it loads normally there, and then change network and clear the Safari iOS app cache.
Still can’t log in via Facebook and no reply from the Gmail you provided
