1 Minute false ban
Hello Pubg team,
I was playing and in mid game I got banned for 1 minute and it says to download official gameloop but it's already from official website and up to date I swear, should I ignore and keep playing or what I need to do? I dont want to get another ban
Note:
I got unbanned before a file claim in case if you will tell me to do a file claim.

So I continued playing and ended up getting banned for 1 hour and did a file claim but received an email saying it was unsuccessful, what's causing this ban all of a sudden? @Yasser

Could you please confirm the following two points?
1. Where did you get the APK from?
2. Did you modify local files to change avatar?
Apk? Its the game downloaded from app market of emulator then double clicked it then gameloop installed it 🤔, and what do you mean changing avatar?
Did you modify or replace any game files or not, @rAZE-?
I didn't use any gfx tools or hidden grass files if that's what you mean
Graphics are from in game hdr 90 frame
