Hello pubg support
My account a while ago was hacked and I had no clue that someone hacked my Facebook and got to my Pubg account I sadly have been banned for 10 Years for something I didn't do can you please fix your anti-cheat and theres no way of me contacting pubg and explaining to them they sent the same email 3 times I doubt real people even work for the emails. This is really disappointing and pubg support is the worst I've encountered

If your account gets suspended, and if it ends up being permanently suspended, please know that there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.Please refer to this statement. But it's not fair I haven't been permanently banned and pubg support is not helping at all and they don't even wanna listen to my story really disappointing 🥲
