Hello,
I submitted my account recovery request through the official link you previously provided. After some time, I received a short response, but it didn’t really address my issue.
I cannot use the in-game recovery tool because my account was deleted from inside the game by the hacker. When I try to submit a request using my UID, I get an error saying the account does not exist.
Can you please clarify: Was that response final, or is my request still being reviewed by a real person? Or was it just an automatic reply?

Hello! You will need to reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to [email protected] if you need assistance regarding a deleted account.

Here is a screenshot from the in-game recovery tool. As you can see, it says that my account does not exist anymore. This is why I can’t use the in-game recovery method. Please help me recover my account

First, perform routine repair and repeat the same process. If the same error keeps showing, and let us know.
I already tried the routine repair and repeated the process, but the same issue still appears. The account was deleted from inside the game by the hacker, so the in-game recovery system can’t find it anymore.
That’s why I submitted my recovery request through the official link that was sent to me here on Discord. I also received a reply from PUBG support (I already shared a screenshot of it above).
Please help me escalate this issue, as I’m very worried about my account.
