Forget what a said previously
play guardian or sheriff
make sure you have a decent mouse first
unbind crouch
listen hear me out what you need to do first hop on a range and practice moving your crosshair to bots at a distant for a few days then start practicing straif both for a few mins daily and this while staying still . After you thik your crosshair adjustment becomes good start counterstraifing and firing on straif bots and also practice ones or you can go to medium bots as well. Just take your time shooting try not to shoot more than 2 bullets at the same time and foucs on your first bullet accuracy. BEcause first bullet is very important and you cannot shoot accurately if you are not still for a sec altho you can rng with some guns like classic,ghost,spectre but in general i wouldnt advice to do that. Then hop into 2-3 deathmatches and try to do what you were practicing to do that is called calm aim
