Any other mods installed?
Yes, well, almost 300..
Let's start with pruning some of them.
What is The Thanos Method?
The Thanos Method™️ (more accurately known as a binary search) is a debugging technique used to find the mod or mods that are causing the issues you are experiencing. The method is simple: to find the conflicting mods, split your mods folder into 2 groups. Remove one group, and test in-game. Keep the group that has the problem, and repeat until no more mods can be removed without the issue disappearing. Thanks to The Thanos Method™️, you can now enjoy an issue free modded Minecraft!
"The Thanos Method" is not actually trademarked or even remotely considered an official name. Please don't sue, it was just considered funny.

is there a way how could i send the full list of mods?
One of them is game logs. It should list all the mods loaded, although I hate NeoForge's way of listing the mod.
Or, if you use a third-party launcher like Modrinth App, you can export the mod list as
.mrpack
which allows me to directly installs all the mods exactly as what you have.so i export the pack with only mods folder?
What launcher you're using?
If it's the vanilla launcher, well the game log is the only way to export the mod list.
The Modrinth App

Second bullet point should tell you how to export an
mrpack
.Modpacks on Modrinth | Modrinth Help Center
What is a modpack?
i understand. but for the exported .mrpack i should include only the mods folder?
hi
this is a Neo bug
disable background blur or update Neo to fix
Thanks for saving me the trouble.
it only happens when you have a large amount of mods
background blur can be disabled in accessibility
hi
i understand
thank you, i will update the Neo, and let you know if it's fixed
well, updating the Neoforge didn't fixed it
i will try disabling the blur
yes, it helped
thank you very much. probably it's not fixed yet
An option that's unable to do its purpose is considered a bug. What you've done is what's known as a workaround, "fixing" the bug by avoiding the thing that causes it. For the option to do its purpose, a proper fix should be done, hopefully IMS took note of this.
