Corne fast battery drain and bottom row non-functional
I noticed that the battery on the left side started draining faster recently, and now the bottom row on the same side doesn't work. I tried resoldering the pin for that row, but that didn't help. Could that be a short?

It sounds like you're experiencing a fast battery drain and a non-functional bottom row on your Corne Wireless.
Since resoldering the pin didn't resolve the issue, a short is possible. See the Rows and Columns Not Working guide to identify the pin for the bottom row and check for any solder bridges or shorts.
