Can an Acting leader add/ remove co-leaders?

If a clan leader does not log into the game for 30 days, an active clan member can apply to become an acting leader. If a co-leader does not log into the game for 30 days, management privileges will be transferred to another player.
Acting leader is someone who acts as a leader (but does not own the clan). If the previous leader becomes active again, that leader will replace the acting leader.
You cannot become the clan leader unless the clan leader appoints you as one....
