Cooling 4028 fan 12v won't run.
I have tried and measured everything..No movement to be had. cycle time, 0.0004, 001, 01, voltage measured at the toolhead, blue cable of the fan connected to white and in the correct plug holder on the EBB42 board, the connection jumper on the EZ MAX board is on 12V. Anyone have any advice?

If it isn't spinning at all, and is getting 12V, then it is dead. If there is no pwm signal being received by the fan, the fan goes into "emergency" mode and turns itself on 100%. Only with a valid pwm signal will it go slower/stop.
Ok, the next thing that are dead. 2 day's searching. Thnx TheTik.
The slider work and even the fan icon turns, and by printing my first things, de fan slider moves..But no fan activate..dead..grrrr.
Hello TheTik, I have take the fan off the printer and connect them to a external 12V power, red and black wire, and the fan spins. I have check the connect wire from the EZ MAX and the fan connection, but when I heated the nozzle, and put the slider on max, there happent nothing. When must the 4028 fan going on? Do I have to turn it on in the slicer?
To test, I have pull out the white wire, only 12V, but nothing wil spin.
Check your wiring, confirm the correct voltage is being supplied
Okay, I m'n reading this: https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028/
Connecting a 4028 fan | RatOS
4028 server fans are becoming a popular option for part cooling because of their light weight and great pressure and flow rates. In this guide we'll go over how to connect one and use it for part cooling. 4-pin fans usually aren't used in 3d printers, and many boards only provide 2-pin ports, but fear not! There's always a way.
Do the fan, when I slide the slider to 100% in RatOS, run? Ore only with a heatend and workend print job?
I'm on the end, I think, the board don't deliver the Ampère to turn the 4028 fan..
De fan are running now, but with the slilder, I can't only take O, off and max..over the whole slider lenght..Do I have to change some settings?
Where is the fan getting 12V?
The blue wire are connecting to te EBB42.

That wiring seems correct, but I don't understand the problem now.
Does the fan run?
Does the slider appear?
What speed does the fan run at when the slider is at 0%? 100%
Hello TheTik. The fan don't run at 0% on the slider and run full speed over the whole slider line to 100%. It's 0 or 100%, nothing between a fan speed.
If you comment out line 53
enable_pin: PA6
I'm guessing the fan is always on?
If that is correct, then your pwm wire is either not connected, or mis-configured.No, when I comment line 53, the fan won’t run.
Solved..
