Account recovery
My claim throught the Google form has been rejected, I'm the actual owner of the account , I'm the one who created the acc , I have invoices from the first purchase. Why was it rejected? I haven't played the game in 4/5 years , now it's been stolen/hacked by someone else. I even have a mail from pubg official mail ID when I registered for a tournament back then
I provided all the information I had to prove that it's my account.The one who stole my account is still playing in it and I'm left with nothing .Is there any other way to escalate this?
In game support is not taking my claim saying "login from a regular device". I don't have the devices I had 5 years ago.
Why am I not getting my account which I created and played and spent my money on it?
There's no reason for the rejection,it just says rejected after 10 days of waiting. What more proof do you need?
The one who stole my account and currently using would not be able to provide any of the proofs I provided
I gave the first UC purchase transaction id and a mail from official pubg email ID confirming my registration for a tournament.

@.Nadïa.🌴 I tried filing the form again , My request is not even getting registered. I tried twice

Each user can can only submit one request, if you submit more than once it will not show up on the sheet anymore. If their your request on the sheet got rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service if you still need assistance
I don't have any of the devices I used 5 years ago, In game customer service says " not a regular device "
