UNBEARABLE ping spike and packet loss
So I live in the Philippines and I play on Hong Kong server, my ISP is PLDT.
The said ISP has been notoriously known for their shitty schemes.
I get around 1-2% packet loss as if they're fucking waves on the ocean and then turn back to 0% casually and then suddenly spike up to 100% so I lose connection. I've never had this problem before back in early february but then its now occuring from late february to until now.

I just reached Plat 1 and am having a losestreak because of this stupid shit
I've also been told there were problems with SG/HK servers
Idk why but whenever i limit my refresh rate to match my monitor my input lag and can sometimes gone
How does that resolve the network related problems…
Whenever i disable limit it's just make my input delay or even lag can sometimes cause instability but in other games it's works fine but honestly i don't mind to much higher fps in competitive game

do you know how to ping your default gateway/router?
Run
1. "ping (private ip) -n 150 -l 50"
2. "tracert 43.229.65.0"
In command prompt,
If you do not know how to find your private ip,
Run "ipconfig" In command prompt.
Copy "Default Gateway" Wireless adapter or Ethernet whichever you use that's your private ip.
I don't have issue with it, but it can be on my device failure

So what do these results lead us to?
packetloss like that can be caused by congestion, in APAC this is mostly the case due to cost of the fibre and ISPs dont have millions for spare bandwidth, so assuming this is the case
