You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
Please note that if your account is permanently banned due to violation of PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, the account suspension cannot be lifted regardless of who was using the account.
For permanent account suspensions, you may submit an appeal request through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
