Hello , my account (5201145622) has been frozen for 60 days and it gave me the reason that it is due to emulator abnormalities, bUt i am using LATEST VERSION OF 32 BIT OFFICIAL GAMELOOP emulator and now when i try to go to file claim , it says network error by my network is completely fine

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

When i click on file claim and try to submit it , it says network error although my network is working completely fine.
bro iam getting this porblem since 2 days , they ban me for 15 mins every time when i login , i am really frustrated right now
and mine ha sbeen frozen for 60 days without any reason

my issue has been solved by reinstalling the emulator
but they ban me just forr 15 mins eevry time

Exactly pubg isn't doing anything no wonder why the game is falling off too many false bans
