Temporary frozen account
i am getting temporary ban from pubg mobile , they said that i dont have the latest version of emulator and some abnormal activities detected in my emulator , and keep getting me banned for 15 mins whenever i logged in

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

file claim option is not working as it shows network error when i try to submitt the claim , plus the message show to update the emlator to latest version which i already have
and many othger players are facing the same problem , so it is not our fault , it is pubg mobile fault , so please fix this

@Quendi please help us , they are banning many players for an hour or for months , and they said that our emulators are not updated and some abnormal activites are recorded but we did not do anything , and our emulators are updated to latest version , it has been two days and still iam facing this problem , also many other players are facing this problem , please fix this
and also a file calim option is not working as it shows network error
