I am writing to you because my account has been hacked by an unknown individual. I previously contacted you for help in recovering it. Unfortunately, I provided all the required information for your investigation, but I was informed to use the account recovery tool. However, I explained that I am unable to use this tool due to false reports made by the hacker, which led to my ban from using it.
I urge you to seriously reconsider my case, as I have lost an account that I have been using for a long time and have invested a significant amount of time and effort in. I request that you manually investigate the issue, and I am willing to provide any additional proof to confirm my ownership of the account.
Please guide me to a real customer support representative who can assist me with this issue.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.

Thank you for your reply, but I’ve already tried submitting a recovery request through the in-game system and didn’t receive any helpful response.
I’m still unable to access my PUBG MOBILE account, and I believe this case needs to be handled by a support agent directly.
