SSL ERROR: typebot.co doesn't open

Hello everyone, I'm testing a Typebot in the free version (to validate a product) and the link doesn't open for the mobile version. Apparently it's a problem related to Typebot.co's SSL - something regarding anti-fyshing browser rules -, but I'm not sure. Is there a way to solve this? The message says "This connection is not private."

What's your internet service provider? Can you try with mobile network instead of WiFi? Does it solve the issue?

Thank you Baptiste! It worked using 5G to try. But what if the user is connected to Wifi? Any way to solve this regardless of the connection?

There have been issues with some ISP globally. What's the one you tried to connect with in WiFi? This could help us investigate further

Thank you, @Anthony . Gotcha! I've checked here and the ISP is Brasil Tecpar Amigo Avato. Do you have idea if Typebot can solve this? Not because of me, but because of the users. Otherwise we'll miss leads/customer on our campaign if we implement this Typebot flow.

We really appreciate any help. Would you be able to contact them as a customer ? Here is the message you could send:
Hi,

I am writing to you as a customer of Typebot, a platform that enables the creation and publication of chatbots. Recently, several of my customers have reported that chatbots shared via the domain typebot[.]co and typebot[.]io are inaccessible if they are connected to a Brasil Tecpar Amigo Avato WiFi network.

I believe this issue may have arisen due to potential misuse of the platform by scammers. However, I want to assure you that Typebot is actively monitoring and suspending any fraudulent activities. They are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for all users.

Could you please investigate and consider removing the flag on the typebot[.]co, typebot[.]io domains from your end? This would greatly help in restoring access to our legitimate users.
