Ig the energy is equal to h*v/lambda thing is incorrect. It would be h/mv=lambda_p and then (mv^2/2):hc/(h/mv)=v:2c=c/4:2c=1:8

I don't think kinetic energy of electron can be given by h nu That's something called Compton frequency etc. Ke is always 1/2 mv2 (for non zero mass things lol]

OMG I CANT READ I SOLVED IT THINKING IT READ PROTON BRUH i think you wrote the expression for energy wrong shouldnt it be like K.E electron= h^2/2lambda^2 Me and photon energy is just hc/lambda

For massive (having mass) bodies, kinetic energy is p²/2m For non massive bodies, ie, quanta/photons, it's pc = h(nu)
