Recovery account
Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to recover my account that was stolen over a year ago. I submitted all the necessary proof, including transaction receipts, my personal details, and even my very first nickname. Despite that, my request was still rejected.
I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice on what steps I should take next? I’d really appreciate any help!

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
