PUBG does love scammers
I was scammed out of my account, and the scammer used in-game support to get access. When I filed for recovery via https://pubgmobile.live/support, PUBG rejected it. I had UC receipts, all my friends' names, and all the device names, yet they still sided with someone who stole my account. LOL, way to go, PUBGM!

So now the scammer can have my account, lol? At least 20 receipts of purchase were not enough proof? Devices from 7 years ago were not enough proof?
We're unable to confirm this through here.
WIll you be able to connect me with someone or have a way i can submit the claim again?
The only ways to submit recovery requests for lost or stolen accounts are in-game and via https://pubgmobile.live/support.
the link does not work anymore it shows submitted but it does not show up in the google sheets?
Same
If you submitted a request before and it is rejected, we unfortunately cannot help you any further through the community.
What do I do now though? Just let the scammer get away with my account??
