Limit your fps
Just set it match your refresh rate
Or it could be network problem

ive never had an issue with my fps until now
its capped to
240 i believe
and it didnt make a differene
That's weird, it's work for me even cap and uncap, but also depends of specs of computer
If you got latency issue you could disable windows hpet
