Account frozen
Dear PUBGM Team. My PUBGM account UID 51215638231 is frozen due to some false detection. It says my Emulator is not okay and my account is frozen for 2 months now, but I was using the official Gameloop 32-bit emulator for years. And it was up to date too while I was playing an Erangel match and suddenly while looting my ID got freezed. And I was logged out. I am attaching the screenshot of the ban with time and date. Kindly look into this matter manually and fix it as soon as possible. Thanks

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

Emulator is up-to-date and i have not used any third-party apps or softwares at all. Please help me here.

File claim does not work. When I type a text and my email and press CLAIM button it says "Server error. Please try again later."

i have 2 accounts of pubg and i get frozen in my both accounts. First i got forzen on my first accout. Then i loggin my another accout. And i got again frozen within 15 minutes. same issue happen with me , it still keep getting me ban when ever i logged in back after the time is over for ban (around 15 mins )

i think it is the new issue by pubg server , bcz i see many messages regarding this issue , lets see what happen

you should play the official pubg pc instead, since mobile is for phone
They send it in the right server because it's the mobile version but on PC
If they sent this in the pubg pc server they won't help

Hello! My account (ID: 51893718175) was permanently banned until 29.10.2034. I did not cheat or use illegal tools on this account. I logged into another account on the same device for testing, and I believe this caused the ban on my main account by mistake.
