If an account got hacked can pubg provide us the details?
For example ( on which device account is currently being used, in which region, when & which device was used to apply the claim, etc )

It is unfortunately not possible to receive such details from the customer service. However, if your own account is compromised, you can reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance....

How to 100% recover my account and how to contact pubg customer etc.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
