My Account was hacked on 2/20 2025,
posted a claim on 3/8 2025, it's been 2 weeks without a mail response from the pubg team.
should I post another one?

Are you referring to the in-game recovery tool or the recovery form?

i saw the 1st post was 2/21 it was rejected, but i did post 2nd time on march was not there
I've created a new form, hope it will be inside the status

Each user can can only submit one request, if you submit more than once it will not show up on the sheet anymore. If their your request on the sheet got rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service if you still need assistance
