Our team have just encountered this issue too.
website is back up but dashboard will not load

We have been making some DNS changes. Changes are complete, all services should be back to normal now

I did xheck status at the time but it was not visible
It was scheduled to happen at this time, but issue with DNS cache took longer than expected to resolve

Currently, we don't retry the failed delivery. I would try my best to help. Let me check with my team on this
