the game started to freeze
I downloaded mods for Satis, played, then went to the same save without them and deleted them, then I play on a completely vanilla Satis, the game starts to lag from time to time and then stops, sometimes it reaches terrible sagging, any ideas on what can be done to stop it from hanging, remake the save for example.

Well, if you don't have any mods installed anymore, it obviously ain't the mods. It's either a vanilla issue with Satisfactory (most likely), or its your save-game. Satisfactory does tend to leak and lag if you have large-scale factory builds, even on relatively powerful systems. Low-end systems will feel it acutely.
Were it your save that's the issue, the only thing you could do about it is to upload it to SCIM (linked below), wait for it to load, then download the same save again (without doing anything else to it in SCIM). Sometimes the save-parser used by SCIM can straighten out some lingering save issues, but it would be a long-shot. The upside is, you can try this regardless. If it's not your save that's the problem, running it through SCIM won't make any difference.
