150 ping for last 4-5 days ive tried everything but no fix i need help im syd severs but im normal ping in every other game

Try a VPN I bought nord on friday and it gave me normal ping again

like i get the same ping on syd and mumbai wtf??

its gotten way better but im still noticing spikes
im now my normal ping but still spiking any way to fix?
