Is this cuff stitching anything to worry about?
I got this Columbia Knit rugby shirt and I saw this was the stitching on the inside of the cuff, is this normal/is this able to be trimmed with scissors?

I would check to see if the loose stuff goes underneath the other end of the serging
If so you can clip it off
If not don’t cut it
Or it might unravel
It's fine but I wouldn't cut it cos figuring out whether the Serge has been finished properly will be a nightmare.
What do you mean by underneath?
Pretty much is there other stitching that goes over the top of where the loose stitching is actually still on the fabric
If so, that stitching will hold down the loose stuff and prevent unraveling
