Ping higher since update longer time ago
Hi, so i have been seeing and experiencing this issue a lot since an update that was like maybe 5 months ago ro something. My average ping was around 20 but since an update my ping went to average 50. I checked with my wifi provider and they have no issues, since im not the only one with this issue i would guess its a Riot issue. When i made a ticket for support about this issue they told me to port forward some ports yet it didnt help. I would love if someone helped me out here its annoying.

my dude, 5 months in Internet world is like 10 years in real life, there are so many things that can change in matter of 5 months when it comes to routing. Your internet provider probably cancelled a link, rerouted other way, your cables got damaged etc etc etc.
Who is your internet provider and where do you play from

But then after i que next it goes back to 50

For instance i was just afk in lobby for like 40 min and i come back to the ping being normal
around 25 average
I queued comp game and its still at 25 average so idk what the issue is im legit lost 😭 (just informing abt the progress in case it helps dont mean to be annoying)
is it 25 now all the time? as that would be the fix I am still asking them to get me some information when are they going to fix it
No no it stayed at 25 yesterday when it got fixed by itself but when i restarted pc and val it went back to 50
Now i started val and its back to 50 so idk
