I forgot my Game UID and don't have access to the account
I forget my game UID and someone else is using my account by hacking. But my email is still linked in it. But Iam not receiving any login OTP. Other OTP from PUBG is receiving. I also have my old game name, uc purchase receipts.

You can submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

I tried that one but they are asking for game UID and game name. Game UID I have forgotten, game name the one who hacked my account changed it.
You can find your UID by looking at the clan log where you joined before you lost account, look for popularity history in your friends account. There are many ways to find UID. Look for any screenshot you have with UID.
I was inactive for almost 2 years. Because I moved to my home country India. Where PUBG mobile is banned. This January I came back to Saudi Arabia and installed Pubg again and find someone else is using it. I tried to secure it but now no longer I have access to it. The person using it changed all even my in game name also. My email is still linked in it. But now am not getting login OTP. Rest other OTP am getting. I tried to mail the service support of PUBG but nothing positive got.
