I recently attempted to recharge UC using UniPin Voucher on your platform, but my transaction was cancelled due to “payment risk” with error code B102. I have ensured that my payment details are correct and that I am using a valid UniPin voucher.
Could you please clarify why this issue is happening and assist me in resolving it? If any further verification is required, kindly let me know. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as I need to complete my purchase.
