Performance Issues
I played this game the day it came out 2 year ago with my old rig, running a 3700x and 3060. Now Im attemptiong to replay it with 2 friends. One is running my old rig and one has a 5700x and 4060. I now have a 5700x3d and 4070s, which is definitely a better build than either of theirs. However, I can never get anything higher than 60 fps. They constantly run around 90, but im locked at 60 and ive changed so many settings in game and even setting it to all low doesnt change my FPS at all. I really dont know what to do, because it is winter in my save now and i get dips down to 40 or so fps often and they are both still fine. How do i fix this?

I actually did watch that. I appreciate it! I tried to delete the message because I fixed the issue directly after sending it
Turns out having overwolf open for the external map locked my fps
And that was the one thing I never tried to change
