You Locked My Post—Because You Have No Answer

So your final response is just repeating the same generic message? You claim to read everything, yet I literally explained: 1. My recovery request was rejected despite using a previously verified trusted device. You verified Realme 6 Pro on October 2 in a successful recovery. Now, the same device is suddenly not enough? Where is the logic? 2. Telling me to "contact in-game support" is pointless. I already did, and they gave me the same copy-paste response. They tell me to "wait for suspicious activity to disappear"—I've been waiting for over three months, and nothing has changed. 3. "There are multiple people appealing for the account"—False. I am the only one reaching out, but because your support keeps ignoring me, I’ve tried multiple channels. This excuse is nothing more than an attempt to avoid investigating properly. 4. If I’m not the real owner, why do I have all these unique proofs? I physically own the last-used devices: Realme 6 Pro (previously verified) Huawei MatePad Pro ASUS ROG Phone 2 (I even provided proof that I’m using it right now.)

I provided: Highly detailed login history (dates & devices) Old screenshots that only the real owner could have Google security alerts proving the account was stolen Recorded proof of UC purchases from December 1 & 4 This level of detail is impossible to fake. Yet, you refuse to even investigate? 5. "Provide details only the account owner would know"—I already did! I stated the exact date my previous recovery was accepted and the device I used. I listed the precise login history down to the last session before the theft: First login from ASUS ROG Phone 2: September 29 Played on it until October 11, when the screen broke Logged in on Xiaomi 11T: October 18 Returned to ASUS ROG Phone 2 after screen repair: November 28 Account was stolen in December I also documented how I spent the UC I purchased. If you claim I haven’t proven my ownership, then what exactly would be enough for you? This is no longer just negligence—this is an intentional attempt to avoid doing your job. If your response is truly "final," then at least be honest: Admit that no matter how much proof I provide, you simply don’t care.

Three months of nonstop attempts to recover my account, dozens of messages in-game and outside, and undeniable evidence—including contacting them from an email that was linked to my account since 2022—yet I'm completely ignored. Is this the level of support loyal players receive?
