First of all hello everyone I got banned from pubg mobile for 10 years about 2.5 months ago and I have been sending e-mails every day for 2.5 months maybe I sent 50 e-mails and they say that the ban on my account is approved and cannot be lifted, enter again within 3 business days etc. They get back to me but I have been playing games with emulators for years I have never cheated or installed any programs I am a clean gamer I never thought of writing to the discord address an acquaintance suggested that they help me by considering my game history I am 29 years old I have 1 child and do not make me beg after this age my valuable account is gone I am in a victim situation I want my brother or elder brother to help me thank everyone who helps good day
