My terrain is not loading properly on the dh smp server, any ideas?

oh is this because the server is sending the lods very slowly and i have to download them ?
Yes but you dont have to download them, but its usually faster
I am having the same issue on the server. No settings adjustment will fix it. Running only latest neoForge and DH 2.3.0b

The gap. But I am seemingly not downloading server LOD's for chunks right in front of me
It takes time, DHs CPU load is set to minimal impact on the servers side so downloading chunks is slow
