no matter how much i tinker with my overdraw prevention settings, the game still looks horrible.
are there any mods that can cause it? i am playing my modpack and until updating the version to the latest one, i never had this issue.

Do you have Alex's Caves installed?
yes sir, but i already changed that weird config setting that prevented DH from rendering
i should edit this with the info that i disabled cave culling and that seemed to fix it, but portals still refuse to render
what kind of portals?
