Are Jeans too warm for summers?
I've been told that jeans are too warm for summers and thus I should avoid wearing it or buy the ones with holes in them. I am asking this because I was gonna buy jeans for the first time through an online site. So I got worried that if I buy them for summer I might not be able to wear them. Please help 🙏

This is going to be heavily dependent on where you live and how hot it gets during summer
Also different jeans will have a tighter or looser fabric weave, as well as a different fabric weight (usually described in ounces for denim)
I live in india and it does get a lot warm
I live in the UK and would struggle to wear jeans in that climate. I would probably look for something linen or a thinner cotton like chambray
But you might be more acclimated to higher temps than I am
Another thing is fit: very wide pants are better for breathability than tight fitting ones.
Anyway, unless your like living in himachal pradesh or smth I would propably avoid denim for the summer.
Alright thanks. I'll keep that in mind.
