logs spammed by DH 2.3 in Minecraft 1.21.1

my logs are being spammed with this line [Render thread/INFO]: OpenGL debug message: id=1282, source=API, type=ERROR, severity=HIGH, message='GL_INVALID_OPERATION error generated. Texture name does not refer to a texture object generated by OpenGL.'. It is happening in version 1.21.1 ( only other version i tested is 1.21.4 and no spam there). I am seeing game freezes and crashes when playing for some time with shaders ( specifically Photon development version). The spam doesn't start in main menu, it starts with joining a world ( singleplayer and multiplayer).
