I’ve had UC ban for a while now and I want to know how many UC’s I need to pay for me to get unbanned,

You should be able to check it through your purchase record from your app market, the refunded amount is usually something that only you should know. Or you may also try contacting the in-game customer service for further assistance in this regard.
